To receive Wests Members offers you MUST be a member at time of booking, otherwise offers will apply for future stays. All guests staying at the Hotel must either be a Wests Member or we will sign you in as a Social Member. Photo ID is also required at check-in as the hotel is attached to Wests (licensed Leagues Club). As we are a cashless hotel, all guests are required to provide a credit card when checking in to cover all accommodation costs and a $200 bond. This amount will be then frozen on your credit card for use of payment at checkout.
