Standard Cancellation Policy

• Up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancellation fee will be charged, and any deposit paid will be refunded.
• Within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time: A 100% cancellation fee will apply, and you will be required to pay the full amount of your booking, less any amount already paid.
• If you amend your booking during your stay and depart early: A 100% cancellation fee will apply to any remaining charges for the package.
• Full payment of accommodation charges may be processed to your nominated credit card 24 hours prior to your arrival. 

Please note: Different cancellation policies may apply to specific dates, rates or promotions.

All changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to stay@gatewayinn.net.au.
